         SRADHA WEBCREATIONS is an ISO-certified organization with an in-house development team. We provide premium web and digital services under our own trusted brand. By using our services, you agree to all the terms outlined in this document. Data Protection and Privacy- We are committed to protecting the personal data we collect from you. Using our services means you agree to our Privacy Policy. This includes how we collect and use your information. We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of your data.We offer free server maintenance for the first year only.

Website and Domain Policy

• 1.Once someone gets a domain, they can't change or swap it at all.
• 2.All website work must be completed within one month with the client’s active assistance.
• 3.After 90% of the work is completed, clients are required to clear full payment. A GST invoice will be issued, and the remaining 10% of the work will be finalized.
• 4.Once done, the platform will activate, and all access keys (domain, server, etc.) will be delivered.
• 5.All payments made for the domain, server, SSL, and design are non-refundable.

Post-Delivery Responsibilities:After we transfer the domain and server access credentials to the client , we are not responsible for website management, maintenance, or security. The client takes full responsibility from that point on.

Design & Template Policy

• 1.We provide clients with 50 to 60 design templates to choose from
• 2.Once development begins, templates cannot be changed.
• 3.If a client wants to change the template after development starts, there will be an extra charge.
• 4.Clients must provide all required content and project details in a timely manner.
• 5.Additional Services: Any service not in the initial scope will cost extra and is not part of the standard package.

We collect technical information like your IP address, browser type, referral URLs, and geographical location to improve our services and offer a better user experience.

Late/Non-Payment Policy

• 1.If you do not make the payment within 72 hours of the due date, we will suspend your account. A $10 reactivation fee will apply.
• 2.If payment is not made within 7 days, the account will be terminated without further notice.
• 3.Shared hosting bandwidth is limited to 10 GB per domain. To increase bandwidth, please contact us.
• 4.Any violation of our Privacy Policy may result in immediate termination without a refund. A fee may also be charged for each complaint received..
• 5. We can suspend or end services without notice if you break our rules.

Client Development Rights & Branding

We remain connected with clients as their official development company and offer continued support, goodwill, and traffic benefits. Clients or companies wanting to remove our development credits must pay the full original quote.This privacy policy may undergo updates at regular intervals. All changes will be posted on this page.
